JollyDays took Blackpool town by storm once again for our fantastic, action packed holiday! The illuminations were fabulous - such a dazzling display!
We dared the dreadful tower dungeons, learning gruesome facts about medieval torture - scaaaaaary stuff! We were lured in to the dark depths of the dungeons - who knew what was lurking around each corner!
We marvelled at the beautifully colourful fish at the aquarium, walking through a huge tunnel with fearsome sharks swimming overhead! We watched elegant giant rays gliding through the water and saw gigantic lobsters tap tap tapping on the glass with their huge claws! We saw delicate little starfish and friendly tortoises.
We could hardly believe our luck getting so close to the stars at our trip to Madam Tussauds! We saw Michael Jackson, The Beatles, The Royal Family, David Bechkam, Ant & Dec and the stars from Corrie! we even sat in the Rovers Return!
The tower circus took our breath away as we watched acrobats flying past us at great speeds! The tricks and stunts were mind blowing and we clapped with gusto!
We zipped right to the top of the tower and walked across the glass bottomed floor - what a long way down.....! Such brave souls we were!
We watched in delight at the dancers whizzing around the beautiful dance floor in the ballroom tower. What elegance and grace they had.
On our lovely resort they had a horse riding school so we were able to meet the horses and go out for a wonderful horse ride. They were extremely friendly and we chatted to them and stroked them.
What amazing memories we made on holiday - thank you to all who made it so brilliant!
